Message	post of mine where I push my write up (not this one) then show me. I have suggested SilverTwins and Woodys over buying a new one many, many times. I could care less if they do it themselves or buy one if they are not comfortable with it. I just hate how many times people scare other people off (like bassplayer and bluz) from trying it by making it sound like they are getting something new or better by buying it when that is not true. This is why I never tried to correct anyone on it before - because I knew Woody and Silver would think I was attacking their product when I absolutly am not. They make great shifters. If someone asks what shifter to buy, I say theirs. If they ask about short shifters in general and they seem like they can handle it, I suggest they look at the write up. I feel like I am defending myself here when I was just trying to point out an incorrect statement.
